Pricing/Payment Methods:

All prices are in Singapore Dollars and we accept Cash, NETS, PayNow, Credit Card (Online Transaction Only), ShopeePay, and FavePay.
Our website is secured with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) 256-bit encryption technology using HTTPS. This can be identified by the SSL padlock icon beside our website URL.

Refunds and Replacements:

Items sold are not exchangeable or refundable. We reserve the right to refund or provide an exchange with an item of similar value in the event of stock unavailability.
We do apologize if you have received an incorrect item, you can initiate an exchange by contacting us at sales@123ledlighting-sg (email) or call us at (9119 2559 Project / 8793 9683 Retail Shop) and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Please note that such requests must be made within 3 days from the invoice/delivery date (whichever is later) and accompanied by the original invoice.
An incorrectly sent item must be sent back to us using the original shipping boxes and packing materials and no others. All pieces, components, parts, and portions of the Item(s) in question must be returned properly packed and in their original state, including all original accessories, manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity, etc. All Product(s) must be in good working condition and of merchantable quality.

Warranty:

The warranty period could be 2 years, 1 year, or half a year from the date of delivery depending on what is stated on the invoice. ( The warranty is valid only if the item is properly installed, correctly operated, used under decent maintenance, and if there appears a clear manufacturing defect.)
The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, corrosion, or a result of defective maintenance. The warranty does not cover either the shut-down cost of production or other consequential damages.

Installation/Advice:

Do note that we do not provide our own installation services but we have outsources that are able to help with the installations of the lights (contact us at 9119 2559 Project / 8793 9683 Retail Shop for more queries such as the installation fees.)
You can hold us free of all liability and responsibility for any actions or results or adverse situations created as a direct result of specific referrals or advice given by us.

123LEDLighting respects the privacy rights of our customers and will only track statistics for business purposes. No private information will be disclosed to unrelated entities unless required by law. However, this excludes trusted third parties engaged by us in a website or business operations (ie: web developers and courier services).
All email addresses in our mailing list are kept strictly confidential. The Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected, stored, disclosed, and/or processed by 123LEDLighting.
When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we may collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number.
