Climate Vouchers worth $400 can be redeemed in denominations of $2, $5, $10, and $50.
Each household is eligible to apply one NEA Climate Voucher per order.
Only one member from each eligible household shall claim the Climate Vouchers for their valid registered address during the programme period.
You can redeem up to $400 of your NEA Climate voucher and any remaining balance can be paid via Cash, PayNow, Nets, Credit Card or Favepay.
The voucher is only applicable to purchases from the eligible categories.
Redemption will take place during site survey, delivery, or installation, whichever occurs first.
Climate Vouchers are not refundable, resaleable, or exchangeable for cash, store credit, cash voucher, gift voucher, gift card or otherwise
Exchanges for products purchased with the Climate Vouchers are subject to the Participating Retailer’s store policy and shall only be accepted for eligible products
If the value of the Climate voucher selected is more than the total price of the Product(s), the additional voucher value will be forfeited
The vouchers are valid until 31 December 2027.
If the terms and conditions are breached or the Climate Vouchers are misused, the issuing agencies can invalidate the vouchers and reclaim their monetary value from the voucher holder.
